In order to raise awareness and maintain focus on the health care of our employees, we carry out more than 95 campaigns to prevent disease. TRAINEES KUO

In collaboration with associations, government agencies and universities, we have special programs for students to do their professional internships in the different areas of our business, a strategy that has become a "seedbed" of talent for the group.

DESC Chair

In line with our commitment for the training of future Mexican leaders and within the framework of our employees with the Universidad Panamericana, during the year KUO's top executives provided the "DESC Chair" to students in the "Business & Management" degree program.

The purpose of this chair was sharing management team's experience with students their interest in continuing their development, always fostering the love for Mexico that characterizes our company. Additionally, during the sessions, we exchanged different points of view about the future of the organization and the technological, social and economic changes that are taking place worldwide.
