We produce, market and distribute pork in different presentations: steaks, seasoned meat, frozen food and live pork. The business is vertically integrated, from genetics, farms, feed plants, to processing plants and our own distribution channels, which allows us to have complete control over the quality of the products we offer.
Under Kekén brand, we are the largest producer in Mexico and with Kiniton brand we are the main Mexican exporter to Japan, South Korea, the United States and recently China.
Through a joint venture with Grupo Herdez, in Herdez del Fuerte we produce and commercialize highly recognized branded food, strongly positioned in categories such as: tomato puree, ketchup, homemade sauces and canned vegetables, among others.
For 10 years, Herdez del Fuerte has maintained a joint business with Hormel Foods, called Megamex Foods. Through this business, we sell high-quality Mexican food in the U.S. market, becoming the largest producer of guacamole with an important positioning in the category of Herdez brand salsas in this territory.

At Tremec, we manufacture and assemble high-performance components and transmissions. The company is known for its constant innovation and high-quality products, that are targeted to different platforms, from sports cars to military, recreational and agricultural vehicles. The technology we offer addresses key market needs for automation, emission control, fuel efficiency, torque capacity and refinement, positioning us as a benchmark in this industry.
During 2019 we completed the investment to develop a new dual clutch transmission (DCT) which has highly technological components that position it as a benchmark in this market segment.
We produce and market automotive parts such as pistons, brakes, bearings, gaskets and seals, among others. Our main brands are: Fritec, TF Victor and Moresa, which are recognized in the Mexican market for their quality and competitive price. Through Dacomsa, we market and distribute our products, providing an added value by offering training and maintaining direct contact with customers.
Our sustainability model and initiatives implemented around its three cornerstones are related to the current materiality of the Group and its businesses, as well as to actions that allow us to cooperate, promote and achieve the objectives of sustainable development based on the 2030 agenda issued by the United Nations.
